This entry level presentation skills programme is for delegates who have never attended presentation skills training before, or have attended training but had limited opportunities to put the training in to effect. The programme runs over 3 days in two parts: Days one and two are conducted concurrently and include theory, preparation and practice as well as informal evaluation and feedback. Delegates who use the skills soon after the programme show immediate improvement. Day 3, conducted 4 to 12 months later includes formative assessment, and prepares delegates for assessment against a registered unit standard. This programme is offered in-house and as a public course in some locations.
Delegates receive a professionally edited audio visual CD of their on-course presentations.

This two day intensive presentation skills programme is for senior management and executive level delegates who have experience at presenting but want to refine their skills and address specific areas of delivery and preparation. Follow up is usually done via executive coaching sessions. This programme is offered on demand in-house and occasionally as a public course.
